beloved bike

This morning, I decided to bring my bike back to the reparation center since it became so hard to cycle last nite. The man charged me 12 euro just for the breaks and the thing in the chain i dont really understand. And again, I had to walk and was late to work :p.
I start having bad thoughts about that reparation place, two days ago I paid 19 for the back wheel and the breaks, but it was just getting worse :(. I wished i didnt ask them to repair my brakes, since I was comfortable already with the pedal break. If it happens again, probably i should think to have a new bike...
